Dynamic TopN + Others in Power BI

It is very useful and common practice to be able to group data in Power BI by the, for example, top 5 and then group the remaining categories in a new category called Other.

Unfortunately, Power BI does not have this capability so we need to recreate it manually.
Let me show you here one way to do it.
