[expand title=”Why has my google analytics data changed overnight?”]
Google Analytics processes data over night to “finalize” the data shown. So if you notice that your data has changed overnight, this is data lag in processing. A recommendation is always to wait 24-48h for processing to complete. Or, just look at data that isn’t including the current day.
[expand title=”Why do I have (not set) on my google location reports (city, country,..)?”]
Google Analytics uses your visitors’ IP address to determine where they are located geographically. Using a 3rd-party datasource, the IP address is translated to a physical location. In most cases, Google Analytics is able to determine where your visitors are coming from; however, if our 3rd party vendor does not have an accurate record of the IP address to determine the location, Google Analytics will display a “(not set)” entry.

[expand title=”Why is Abandonment Rate not the inverse of conversion rate all the time ?”]
If your Funnel Conversion Rate is 20%, you might expect the Abandonment Rate to be 80% for a total of 100%, but this is not usually the case if your first funnel step is marked as required.
The Abandonment Rate does not take into account your Funnel set up while the Conversion Rate does if you have marked your first funnel step as required.
